SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
This messaging program sends customer service, consultation, scheduling, appointment confirmation, reminder, tutoring-related, student progress, and follow-up messages to customers and prospective customers who contact McGovern Test Prep through our website at mcgoverntestprep.com and explicitly opt in to receive SMS communications.
SMS consent may be collected through our website chat widget or other approved opt-in methods that include a dedicated consent checkbox or disclosure.
